The amendment to the instructions No.100 of 1985 on fish farming has been added to Article 6 in paragraph 4 stating that tenants may assign the contract to a third party after the approval of the Minister of Agriculture or whoever authorizes it after at least 3 years from the conclusion of the contract. The amendment has been made in instruction No. 1 of 2012
