This decree regulates the modalities of sanitary inspection and control of the healthiness of fishery products intended for human consumption. It consists of 18 articles that regulate, among other things: the inspection register, the consignment of raw materials and products that appear to be corrupt, toxic or unfit, the health control certificate for products.
