Overview:
This decree designates the Minister in charge of fisheries as the competent authority for setting hygiene and health standards and regulating the health inspection of fishery products intended for food. It refers to the procedures provided for in Decree No. 81-62 of 2 April 1981 regulating the health inspection and control of fishery products intended for human consumption.
