Overview:
The present decree establishes the list of ports and border posts through which the entry or transit of plants and plant products may take place on the national territory. The import of plants and plant products, other than transit of borders without breaking the load in the national territory, is subject to compulsory control, in accordance with the phytosanitary regulations in force.
