A modern restaurant with a contemporary flair might not seem like a very innovative idea, but establishing such a venue in the heart of Madaba - a traditional city characterized by its rich heritage - is a novelty.

Construction commenced upon receiving JEDCO and the EU’s grant in July 2013, which covered costs for building the infrastructure, purchasing kitchen equipment and supplies, and furnishing the restaurant and administration offices. A portion of the grant was allocated to enroll employees in multiple specialized training courses. The grant also helped in marketing the Restaurant, assisting in launching its website, printing promotional brochures, as well as facilitating agreements with tour agents to make Tallet Nebo Restaurant a tourist destination.

Tallet Nebo Restaurant : 1-created over 16 job opportunities, a number that is expected to rise given its owners' growth ambitions. 2- reduced unemployment rates. 3-preserved Madaba's breathtaking nature.

Fadi Haddad and Osama Seryani brought the idea to life when they decided to open Tallet Nebo Restaurant to add a different flavor to Madaba's tourist offer. The Restaurant would offer a wide array of food options and customer services that cater to the tastes of locals and tourists alike, amidst an elegant ambience.
