This law makes certain changes to the provisions of Article 23 of Law 2012-052 regarding the areas of application and their eligibility thresholds. The fields of application are : Agriculture activity except for land acquisition/Processing of products from livestock farming/Land-based industry of fishery products except for fish meal/Fisheries development activity except for fish meal/Artisan and coastal fisheries development activity/Industrial and manufacturing units/Wind and solar renewable energy production/Hotel and tourism/Road and port facilities/Health/Water and sanitation infrastructure.
