With this decree, a Pilot Project for the Development of Fodder Crops in the Wilaya of Hodh Charghi was created, the objective of which is to initiate, develop and promote the cultivation of fodder crops, in accordance with the rules of the art in this field. The project is managed by an implementation unit with administrative and financial autonomy and headed by a coordinator, supported by a deputy coordinator and an accounting officer and technical and support staff. The order specifies the tasks for which the coordination unit is responsible. The decree then deals with the financial resources for its support.
