This decree restructures the National Centre for Agricultural Research and Development (CNRADA), which is responsible for organizing, carrying out, and disseminating all research work relating to agriculture and the promotion of agricultural production in general. The decree includes 19 articles relating to the constitution, organization and functioning of the Centre.
